​Answers to frequently asked questions

​In what time frame will I receive a reply?

We will try to send you an answer within 72 hours via email. If that takes too long for you, please join our Discord or register in our hosting panel and create a ticket!

​Does the consulting or support cost money?

Support and consulting are free of charge within business hours. Night support or similar depending on agreement and failure rates chargeable.

​Is there a status indicator for my request?

No.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing at the Moment.

​Where do I get my answer?

We will send you your reply by email back to the one you specified or the one you wrote with.

​Why does no one answer the phone?

Either the owner (Eric Maurice Schneider) is currently working in his training company or is otherwise busy.

He will get in touch as soon as possible.

​Will it cost me anything if I call the phone number?

The costs depend on the provider. You also have to differentiate between landlines and mobile networks.

From the fixed network to the mobile network within Germany, usually 19 cents per minute.

Mobile to mobile, depending on free minutes or contract.

​Are there fixed support times?

No

In the evening between 18–23 o'clock, all tickets are processed as far as possible. We look as a team to provide the fastest and most reliable support.
